Strategy Call
Thirty minutes to find outwhere your revenue is leaking.
This is a working session, not a pitch. We look at what you already have — site, traffic, follow-up, CRM — and tell you precisely where the system is losing people. You leave with that picture whether or not you ever work with us.
What the call actually is
One call, a straight assessment, and a plan you can act on with or without us
Nobody enjoys booking a call that turns out to be a demo. So here is exactly what happens on ours, and what you have in your hands when it ends.
- Around thirty minutes, one call, by video or phone — whichever you prefer
- We ask what you sell, who buys it, and where enquiries currently come from
- We look at your site, your follow-up timing and how leads are handled once they arrive
- We tell you where the system leaks — the specific step where people go quiet
- We say which single fix is worth doing first, even when that is the smallest job
- If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call rather than sending a proposal anyway
- You leave with a clear picture of your own funnel, whatever you decide next

After you book
What happens next, in order
No mystery steps and no chasing. Here is the whole sequence from the moment you pick a time.
-
Step 01
You choose a time
Pick a slot that suits you. You get an immediate confirmation with the details and a calendar invite, so nothing depends on anyone remembering to send it.
-
Step 02
A short questionnaire
A handful of questions before the call — what you sell, roughly where leads come from now, and what you want fixed. It takes a few minutes and it means we spend the call on your situation instead of on background.
-
Step 03
The call
Around thirty minutes. We go through what exists, where it breaks, and what we would do about it. You can ask anything, including what things are likely to cost.
-
Step 04
Your growth system plan
A written plan covering what we would build, in what order, what each stage is meant to change, and the price. You can act on it yourself, take it to another provider, or hand it back to us.
-
Step 05
Your decision
You approve the plan, ask us to change it, or leave it. There is no follow-up sequence chasing you for months. If the timing is wrong, tell us and we will leave it with you.
Good fit
Where we do our best work
We are a Phoenix-based web, automation and AI company working with businesses across the United States. The engagements that go well tend to look like this.
- Service businesses where a fast reply to an enquiry decides who wins the job
- Companies already getting traffic or enquiries that are being lost after the click
- Owners who want one connected system instead of a website, a CRM and an ad account that ignore each other
- Teams spending hours a week on data entry, chasing and follow-up that software should handle
- Businesses ready to commit to a real build rather than a quick cosmetic refresh
- Anyone who wants to own their systems outright and be able to walk away with them
Honest fit
When we are not the right choice
Saying this up front saves both of us a call. If you recognise yourself here, we would rather tell you now than take the project and disappoint you later.
-
You need a design refresh and nothing else
If the goal is purely a better-looking site with no interest in what happens to the leads, a specialist design studio will serve you better and cost less. We build systems, and that is what our pricing reflects.
-
You want traffic without changing what happens next
Sending more people to a funnel that already loses them makes the leak bigger, not smaller. If ads are the only thing on the table and the follow-up cannot be touched, we are the wrong partner.
-
The timeline is a few days
Real builds take weeks, mostly because of content, access and approvals. If something has to launch this week, we would be setting you up to be let down.
-
Nobody internally can make decisions or supply content
Every build needs an owner on your side to approve direction and get us what we need. Without that, the project stalls and the cost climbs for reasons neither of us wanted.
-
You are looking for the cheapest available option
There is always someone cheaper. We build things that are engineered, documented and handed over to you, and that has a floor. If budget is the deciding factor, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable.
Before you book
Questions people ask first
It is a working call that may end in a proposal, and we would rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise. What it is not is a scripted pitch. We spend the time on your funnel, we tell you what we would fix, and you get that assessment whether or not you buy anything.
Around thirty minutes. If your setup is complex we may ask for a second, longer session, but we will not stretch a first call past what is useful.
No. The short questionnaire after booking covers what we need. If you happen to have analytics access, a rough idea of monthly enquiry volume or a sense of where leads currently come from, it makes the call sharper — but nothing is required.
That is common and it is not a problem. Sometimes the right answer is that your current provider should fix what we identify, and we will say so. Where we most often add value alongside an existing agency is the automation, CRM and integration layer that sits behind the marketing.
Then we scope one thing. Most engagements start with a single piece — usually the website or the follow-up automation — and expand only once that piece is demonstrably working. We will tell you which one is likely to matter most for you.
Yes. We are based in Phoenix, Arizona and work with clients across the United States. The build process is the same either way — calls by video, work delivered in stages, everything documented and registered to you.
Next step
Book the call. Get the picture either way.
Pick a time that suits you. Thirty minutes, a straight read on where your system is leaking, and a written plan you own regardless of what you decide.
