About Negivu Digital
We build the systemthe rest of the marketing runs on.
Negivu Digital is a Web, Automation and AI company in Phoenix, Arizona. We build connected growth systems — website, follow-up automation, CRM and reporting engineered as one piece of infrastructure rather than four separate purchases.
The argument
Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem. They have a system problem.
It is rarely the marketing that fails. It is what happens in the seconds and days after the click — and nobody owns that part, because it sits between vendors.
-
The click is the cheapest part
Getting someone to the site is the piece most businesses already pay for and mostly get right. The expensive failure happens after arrival, when a visitor leaves without becoming a name, a number or a record anyone can act on.
-
Response time decides more deals than the pitch
An enquiry that sits in an inbox until someone opens it has already lost to whoever replied first. That is not a sales-skill problem. It is a routing problem, and routing is engineering.
-
Nobody can see what actually produced revenue
The ad account knows about spend. The site knows about the form. The CRM knows about the conversation. Nothing holds the full record, so budget gets set on instinct and the same guess is repeated next quarter.
-
The gaps belong to nobody
The web agency built the site. Someone else runs the ads. The CRM came from a reseller. Each did their part correctly, and the handoffs between them were never anyone’s job.
What we are
One team responsible for the whole path from click to booked revenue
Web, automation and AI are not three departments here. They are three parts of the same build — scoped together, engineered together and handed over together.
- Websites built to convert and to be measured, not only to look current
- Automation that acts the moment something happens instead of when someone notices
- CRM and pipeline structure so a lead has one record and one status everyone can see
- AI applied where a decision depends on reading language, and nowhere it is only decoration
- Reporting that connects spend to enquiries and enquiries to closed work
- Documentation written so the system can be run by someone other than us
How we work
Diagnose first. Scope in writing. Build in stages.
We would rather tell you the smaller build is the right one than sell you the larger one and be wrong about it. Every engagement starts with an audit and a written plan you approve before anything is built.
- A strategy call that ends with a straight assessment of where the system leaks
- An audit of what already exists — site, analytics, CRM, follow-up timing, ad spend
- A written growth system plan with scope, sequence, cost and the intended effect of each stage
- Staged delivery, so something useful is live early rather than everything arriving at the end
- Measurement against real numbers once live, and a handover whenever you want it
What makes this different
Three commitments that change what you actually get
These are operating rules, not positioning. They decide how we scope work and, often, what we decline to sell.
-
Systems, not projects
A project ends at launch. A system is judged on whether enquiries arrive, get answered and turn into work. We scope against that outcome, which sometimes means the right recommendation is to fix follow-up before rebuilding the site.
-
You own everything
The domain, the hosting account, the site, the automation logic and the CRM configuration are registered to you. If you replace us tomorrow, everything keeps running and you keep the keys. Nothing is built to make leaving expensive.
-
No open-ended retainers
Work is scoped, priced and finished. Ongoing optimisation is available where it earns its cost, but nothing we build requires a monthly fee to keep running.
Standards
The parts of the job that are decided before anyone opens a design file
Performance, accessibility and measurement are design decisions, not post-launch audits. Retrofitting them costs more and works less well, so they are part of the definition of done.
- Page weight, image handling and script discipline decided while the layout can still change
- Tracking and conversion events installed and tested before traffic arrives, not weeks after
- Error alerting on every automation, so a broken step surfaces the same day
- Reporting written against the intended effect of each stage, including what underperformed
- Integration with the tools that already work, rather than replacement to increase a bill
Who you work with
A small team, direct access, and one line of accountability
You talk to the people doing the work. There is no account layer relaying decisions between you and the build, and no rotating cast of contacts learning your business from scratch.
- One accountable point of contact from strategy call through handover
- Plain-language explanations of technical trade-offs, so you can make the call
- Written plans and written reporting, so decisions survive staff changes on both sides
- An AI executive platform under development as the company’s longer-term direction
Next step
Let’s find where your revenue is leaking.
A short call, a straight assessment of what is working and what is not, and a clear view of what we would build. No obligation either way.
